Our move out cleaning services are designed to help individuals and families who are moving out of a home or apartment and need a thorough and professional cleaning to leave the property in top condition. Our team of skilled house cleaners has extensive experience in cleaning every nook and cranny of a property, ensuring that all areas are spotless and ready for the next tenants or owners.
Our move out cleaning services includes a comprehensive cleaning of every room in the property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and other areas. We start by dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including baseboards, light fixtures, and switches. We also clean all appliances, such as the stove (behind included only for electrical stoves), refrigerator(behind included), dishwasher, and microwave.
In the bathrooms, we thoroughly clean the toilets, sinks, and showers or tubs. We also clean the mirrors and any other surfaces. In the bedrooms, we dust and wipe down all surfaces, including the closet and drawers. We also vacuum the carpets and clean any hard flooring.
Our move out cleaning services also includes cleaning any windows or glass doors, as well as any blinds or curtains. We also take care of any trash or debris left behind, ensuring that the property is completely clean and free of any unwanted items.

Checklist for Move out Cleaning: Inside fridge, inside oven and interior window cleaning are extras (must be added on if you need them cleaned)
Kitchen:
- Remove cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings.
- Clean the oven, stovetop, and range hood.
- Clean the refrigerator and freezer, and defrost if needed.
- Clean the inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers, and shelves.
- Wipe down all counters and backsplash.
- Clean the sink and faucet.
- Clean the dishwasher and microwave, if applicable.
- Clean the floors and remove any stains.
- Wet wipe baseboards, light switch plates, doors, and doorknobs.
Bathroom:
- Remove cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings.
- Scrub the toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub.
- Clean the inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers.
- Clean the mirrors and medicine cabinets.
- Clean the tiles and grout.
- Clean the bathroom ceiling vent by removing it, cleaning it, and putting it back (if removable).
- Clean the floors and remove any stains.
- Wet wipe baseboards, light switch plates, doors, and doorknobs.
Bedrooms and Living Spaces:
- Remove cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings.
- Dust all surfaces including furniture, shelves, and window sills.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets or sweep and mop hardwood floors.
- Wash any curtains or blinds.
- Clean any light fixtures and ceiling fans.
- Wet wipe baseboards, light switch plates, doors, and doorknobs.
Windows and Doors:
- Remove cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings.
- Clean all windows inside and out, including the frames and sills.
- Clean all door frames, handles, and knobs.
Walls: Contact us if you need a painter.
Final walkthrough checks:
- Check all rooms to ensure everything is cleaned.
- Check that all appliances are turned off and unplugged. (we do not unplug appliances or turn off)
- Check that all lights are turned off.
- Check that all doors and windows are locked.
