Is vinegar antibacterial?

I was using vinegar and water to clean my mom's house because i'm pregnant and don't want any harmful chemicals in my system, but is it antibacterial? If it's not antibacterial i don't think it's worth the trouble of using the vinegar and water.

kitchen and bathrooms are THE most important places to start. after you do that, then you can sort some laundry to wash, and vaccuum. You'll need a lot more time to clean the whole house, but she'll totally appreciate a clean potty and kitchen.
